  • Coreopsis: Mahogney Midget or any dwarf red variety
  • Cyclamen: any that are hardy to z7
  • Dahlias: any, especially Black Beauty, Collarette Dandy
  • Echinacea: Double Decker, Razzmatazz, or any doubles
  • Fireweed (Epilobium angustifolium)
  • Gazanias: any
  • Helleborus: any
  • Hibiscus sabdariffa/Roselle
  • Lavender: Mailette, Rosea or any pink
  • Morning Glory: looking for a double white variety (if one even exists)

  • Also, mossy/vining things that will trail nicely over a shaded rock wall
