  • All BEAP offers must include a bubble envelope and correct postage asked for, a list of the seeds you are requesting and a return address label.
  • I will not send the seeds without all requested materials. BEAP seeeds will only be mailed in bubble envelopes.
  • PlEASE SEND THE SIZE BUBBLE ENVELOPE THAT IS ASKED FOR WHEN SENDING FOR A BEAP OFFER. IF YOU SEND A SMALLER OR LARGER BUBBLE ENVELOPE, THERE MAY NOT BE ENOUGH POSTAGE TO SEND THE SEEDS WITH OR ENOUGH ROOM TO SEND ALL THE SEEDS YOU REQUESTED. • IF YOU SEND THE WRONG SIZE ENVELOPE, I WILL SEND ONLY WHAT WILL FIT IN THE ENVELOPE AND/OR WILL SEND YOUR SEEDS WITH THE POSTAGE YOU SENT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA POSTAGE ON YOUR END WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE SEEDS.
  • IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SIZE REQUESTED, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE OF MAILING THE BUBBLE ENVELOPE AND I CAN CHECK TO SEE WHAT WILL FIT IN THE SIZE YOU HAVE AND IF YOU NEED TO SEND ADDITIONAL POSTAGE FOR THE SEEDS.
  • Amount of seeds is listed beside each kind of seed. Number of trades is also listed beside each type of seed
  • . BEAP SEEDS ARE HELD FOR 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE THE BEAP IS CONFIRMED WITH YOU.
  • IF I DON'T RECIEVE THE BUBBLE ENVELOPE WITH ALL REQUESTED ITEMS WITHIN THAT LENGTH OF TIME, THE SEEDS GO BACK ON THE TRADE LIST. IF BUBBLE ENVELOPE IS RECEIVED AFTER 2 WEEKS, WHATEVER SEEDS I HAVE LEFT THAT WHERE REQUESTED WILL BE SENT, IF NONE ARE LEFT, I WILL E-MAIL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW, I WILL RETURN THE BUBBLE ENVELOPE USING POSTAGE SENT WITHOUT ANY SEEDS.
  • ONCE I HAVE CONFIRMED A BEAP OFFER WITH YOU, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND THE BEAP AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED INFO WITH IT. I DO NOT REMIND MEMBERS TO SEND THE BEAP.
  • IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, PLEASE E-MAIL ME.
  • I WILL E-MAIL YOU WHEN I MAIL THE SEEDS.
  • PLEASE NOTE: INCLUDE YOUR GW NAME WITH ALL E-MAILS AND INCLUDE IT IN THE BODY OF THE MESSAGE. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY E-MAIL THAT DOES NOT HAVE A GW NAME INCLUDED WITH IT.
  • WHEN RESPONDING TO A BEAP OFFER, PLEASE POST ON THE THREAD OFFER, EVEN IF YOU ARE E-MAILING ME AS WELL.
  • PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME E-MAIL WHEN CORRESPONDING SO THAT I HAVE A RUNNING E-MAIL WITH YOU AND NOTHING GET'S LOST OR CONFUSED IN THE PROCESS OF TRADING OR DOING A BEAP OFFER. JUST CLICK "REPLY" EVERY TIME YOU ARE RESPONDING TO AN E-MAIL.
  • I mail all my seeds out as soon as possible. I will e-mail when seeds are mailed and appreciate being notified that the seeds have been received
