Seeds I have to trade:

  • Mostly Updated 4/2013
  • Please note: all my seeds are open-pollinated and grown under organic conditions. Many will contain some chaff as I now usually either direct sow or winter sow, and chaff isn't a cause for concern using these methods. Unless noted with an * and amount (12), I tend to be very generous with my seeds so you don't have to agonize over germination. For example, for tiny seeds like foxglove, I give 1/4 teaspoon, medium seeds 1 teaspoon, large seeds 1 tablespoon, plus extra to account for any chaff.

  • Also, unless noted, all the seeds I offer I personally grew myself. Only on rare occasions will I offer seeds I received through a GW swap, or leftover seeds that I adopted seeds from local swaps. I'm reluctant to do so since I can't personally guarantee the plant will be as advertised.

  • For mail swaps, the safest way to send is a padded envelope or box. The cheapest way seems to be USPS for lightweight things. I also tend to buy tracking or delivery confirmation; it helps keep USPS on their game.
